Vacuum particle size is argued to be relative to its inertial frame so that emissions of dark matter from galaxies is logically relatively oversized vacuum particles, emitted as waves and converted to particles when leaving their galaxy, meeting the expectations of cosmologists and astrophysicists requiring the presumption of empty vacuum be abandoned.
