Ultrarich Darwin and Minerva Mayflower, however, need a thief, and only the best will do. Because Hudson Hawk thinks he's retired, they try some persuasion. Like kidnapping his best friend. And they'll kill Tommy if Hawk doesn't steal for them three objets d'art created by Leonardo da Vinci.
So it's down to the Hudson Hawk to put an end to their nefarious schemes, keep Tommy out of danger, confront the mysterious (and beautiful) Anna Baragh, and while he's at it, maybe even save the world ...
