Soniccouture is Vibraphone - sample library vibraphone. Essentially being mechanized version of the classic glockenspiel 20th century vibrafon constant modulation adds its resonant tubes by means of motorized blades, which open and close the holes in the resonators, arranged under the keys, and thereby create the vibration effect and surround.

Soniccouture vibraphone sampled twice, with open and closed with the blades shut off the motor. When the LFO can be achieved not only an authentic tone, but also control the speed of the tremolo.
