The State of Texas has introduced a new mandate requiring artificial intelligence (AI) training for government employees underHouse Bill 3512, passed during the 89th Legislature and effective September 1, 2025. At the end of the course, you will complete a post-assessment to demonstrate understanding of the material.

Multiple attempts may be allowed depending on your organization
Upon passing, your results and upload to your reporting director.

Annual Deadline: Agencies must certify compliance byAugust 31each year. Non-compliance is reported to the Texas Legislature.
