As a self-taught cake decorator, my interest in decorating with chocolate began eight years ago with an increasing demand from brides for chocolate wedding cakes. Through my usual route of trial and error I have enjoyed designing some spectacular creations in chocolate over the years, and I now hope that I can share my creative insights into chocolate design with you.
