Android 9 emulator for your Windows computer.

An operating system, based on Android 9, that incorporates many optimizations, features, and expanded device support. And it is available for just about any Chromebook, Windows/Linux computer or tablet released in the last four years.

You can write the downloaded ISO file to an USB stick with a tool like Rufus and install it from there or use it in live mode without installation. Features:
