I combined both these techniques and an additional temperature calibration method and integrated the capacitance sensor in a single chip to act like a Lab-on-Chip platform. I was able to measure hundreds of atto-farad using this technique and methods. The papers based on this research work have been published in flagship IEEE Circuits and Systems Society conferences - ISCAS, MWSCAS and India's top VLSI conference - VLSID.
