In this course, you will learn about Ganache and Buttercream cake decorating techniques. A Ganache is a mixture of cream & chocolate and can also be used for frosting your cake. There are many variations of Chocolate Ganache. You'll learn four variations, namely, Dark Chocolate Ganache, Milk Chocolate Ganache, White Chocolate Ganache & Coloured Ganache. Additionally, you will learn how to use Chocolate Ganache to decorate a final cake.The second half of the course includes making Buttercream, a type of butter frosting used in cake making. You'll learn two variations in this course, an American Buttercream and Chocolate Buttercream.
