Relationships are a very big challenge for people with autism. I know this because I am autistic myself... Asperger's to be precise. So this course is designed to help you be fulfilled in your relationship.We will discuss : - what it means to be in a relationship with an autistic person- how to deal with the difference- arguments- plans- anxiety- communication- trustI was diagnosed only a year ago. I have therefore spent the vast majority of my life aware that I am very different.During this long period, I had to learn on my own how to adapt to society and thanks to my girlfriend, I was able to learn how to live a couple life.I developed many techniques to improve my well-being, to reduce my anxieties, to have a more or less normal life...This is what I am offering you here. I would like to save you and avoid some mistakes.You can either take this course with your boyfriend or on your own. I will give you as many examples as possible to help you in all aspects of your life as a couple. If you are not yet in a relationship, you can still take this course. You will know what to expect and can anticipate what is almost certain to happen.
