Tilly is a lovely exotic character for Victoria 8.
She comes with two different skin tones: a pale one and a darker one, like cafe latte.
For extra convenience I have created a one click solution which applies the best combined eye shadow, lipstick and nail polish at once.
She only needs the Genesis 8 Female Head Morphs for the lashes. If you do not owe this package, the lashes will be less curled.
Tilly's textures are of a high quality and created from high resolution photos.
