The lectures include: micronutrients, macronutrients, essential plants, essential calories, how to track, nutrition food labels, grocery store tour, fiber and digestive health, glyc load, metabolism, fueling for fitness information, fitness products, foods that fight pain, addictive foods, sugar detox, appetite cravings, brain health, food and cancer research, diabetes prevention, gender specific issues, healthy eating around the world; work, holiday, and eating out; and finally, eating well when you are short on . You will receive a nutrition chart document, fiber chart document, and a how to track document to help you succeed in this course. The nutrition chart will let you know what is recommended to eat. It is divided into three colors: green, orange, and red that let you know what to eat. Please join and let's be healthy and happy together!
