RADIO OPTIMIZER is the inexpensive alternative to hardware sound processing but with many more features and a fantastic sound experience. A great variety of features are integrated. The full version contains all available features plus the Fraunhofer xHE Codec Pack for HQ-Webstreaming with low bitrates and FM sound quality.

Intuitive interface for specialists
Radio Optimizer can make use of both ASIO and the Windows native sound interface to deliver its results and is capable of achieving loudness by using a distortion masked clipper.
It displays a somewhat comprehensive interface if you're familiar with these kinds of software tools. If not, when you start using it, it's going to seem a bit rough around the edges and you won't be able to make much sense of its controls and settings.

Multiband processor with various filters and controls
Its sound processors are the most important components, and everything revolves around them. The multiband processor comes with a wide range of filters that you can use to enhance and shape the audio signal but so do the rest of them.
You get to use parts such as a parametric equalizer, stereo widener, enhancer, FM and AM filter and a phase rotator which are common to all the processors. They all work great, but when it comes to signal processing, you need to have a decent computer to handle it all or avoid overloading your system by choosing a smaller number of bands.
The controls for each processor are grouped in lists by specific categories and can be added with a simple click, and all their parameters can be changed according to your needs and taste.

Sound optimization and online broadcasting
Radio Optimizer is by all means a powerful and reliable multiband compressor. It uses an Ogg / Vorbis encoder that you can make use of and obtain audio quality similar to that of 64 kBits/s FM. Moreover, the application is capable of connection to Shoutcast servers and stream online content.
