You will become familiar with the main energy centers in the body, how to sense subtle energy, and how to open to to trusting in your intuition. This course includes techniques like: grounding, third eye opening, dry bathing, cord cutting, and more! Additional resources also included: a free 21-day Reiki integration course, meditations to work with the precepts, links to Reiki Manuals, and a library of free meditations recorded by me.
