Figure Drawing is essential. In this introductory figure drawing phase, get ready for the basics of navigating the human form. Brian will take you through gesture, structure and mass as is relates to the figure while introducing you to the Reilly method of figure drawing: showing how to utilize different rhythm lines and where to utilize them. Next, you will start to add structure to your figures, taking that initial gesture and making it three dimensional. The next series of demos will be adding light and shadow to the three dimensional forms and at the end of this course Brian will delve into what it takes to bring a figure drawing to a finish with two rendered demos.
